HOOT is a community-based mentoring program for Hmong Ohio youths from grades 6-12 to come together to learn and grow focusing on five pillars: Culture, Education, Family, Health, and Leadership. Founded in 2013, HOOT has served over more than 40 Hmong youths and families from Ohio.
