Bao's vision for HOOT is to promote unity within the Hmong population in Ohio and to promote community involvement.

Cathy's vision for HOOT is to provide Hmong Ohio youth with a voice and foster a sustainable foundation where their dreams and aspirations are attainable through HOOT mentorship, leadership opportunities, and community support.

Ong's vision for HOOT is to reach out to the younger Hmong generation in order to encourage them to embrace their culture so they can pass it on to the generation after them. She also wishes to provide the youth members with opportunities to grow and become leaders themselves.

Houaj's vision is for HOOT to be involved in the community by changing the bad habits and introducing healthy habits. This includes having a community that will live long, strong, and happy. Houaj would like to see parents support their kids in sports and healthy decisions, whether it be with food choices or everyday life. He hopes that one day, the Hmong Ohio community will have an annual community field day.

Jerry's vision for HOOT is to have all of Hmong Ohio to come together and become a big family.

Kavia's vision for HOOT is for younger generations to learn more about the Hmong culture and language.

Nalee's vision for HOOT is to create a safe and healthy environment for the Hmong children to learn about Hmong culture.

Prai's vision for HOOT is to increase the Hmong language usage among kids, make school become easier for kids, and encourage kids to spend less time on games and more time on family.

Rickee's vision for HOOT is to help the younger generation maintain the Hmong culture so that they better understand their background.
